I also have faced my share of mental and physical trauma of NURSERY ADMISSION  last year..but by gods grace my daughter got admission through lucky draw for wait-listed candidates.

This year too I am keeping a tab on the NURSERY ADMISSION like others.

Here I would like to suggest new NURSERY ADMISSION formula.

1.  NEIGHBOURHOOD POINT (S)

2.  SIBLING POINT (S)

People may not be agree with me...but here I would like to add few things:

WHY RESERVATION OF SEATS FOR GIRLS?

Why cann't we treat every child equally whether its girl or boy.

Secondly, points for ALUMNI must be scrapped.  What for Points for ALUMNI is given to the children.  Since, the grand parents of the children in question for NURSERY ADMISSION have invested in their children 20 or 25 years back by admitting them into the good school and its their turn to reap the fruits of that investment.

THERE SHOULD BE NO TRANSFER POINTS at the beginning of the Session.

Since all the parents who secured the points AGAINST transfer policy must have also fulfilled the criteria of NEIGHBOURHOOD..THEN what's the point in giving them points for transfer.
