It is a proud moment for us, our daughter got through all the schools she appeared for interaction, we are finally choosing Pathways Noida, after careful evaluation, detailed interactions with parents, kids and peers from at-least 5-6 schools of our choice.
Reading about nightmarish stories on Nursery admissions in Delhi NCR, we fretted the idea but after going through the process ourselves, I think the experience is not that bad. Not much to be scared about, there are plenty of seats and parents must not always run for the best but the most optimal choice for their kids.
We learnt it the hard way, after carefully evaluating 7-9 schools in Noida on various parameters.
Now, we are getting calls from these schools asking us reasons for not choosing their school! This, while sounds a good problem to have, is not a pleasant experience.
I never fathomed I'd have to do this, telling a school why we are rejecting them, currently, our best answer is, we think our child is too small for a regular school (My daughter is 2.8 years, will be 3.4 years on 1st April 2015).
I wonder why would a school ask for reasons for rejecting them, when they themselves don't provide any such reasons to the parents?
Anyway, I am seeking some better answers from parents to handle this question, so bring it on guys.

Well, that's a step in the right direction!!
Schools rarely involve parents in decisions. So go ahead and candidly tell them what you didn't like about them. Help them to improve so that "our children" (maybe not yours, she is going to a different school) benefit from it. :)
Well done Rajiv
