I THINK TRANSFER POINTS SHOULD BE USE FOR FIRST CHILD. BECAUSE IN THE FIRST CHILD CASE NOT ANY SIBLING POINT HENCE THE CHANCES FOR GET ADMISSION ALMOST ZERO.
