Your child has been selected for Nursery admission (session 2018 - 2019) and fees are to be paid by
22 Sep 2017 (between 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.) on working days.

Instructions :

Download the admission form, medical form and transport form from the website.

Submit all the above forms (duly filled and signed) to the school at the time of admission.

Please attach the following :

1. Original birth certificate of the child.
2. Self attested photocopy of residential proof.
3. Self attested photocopies of educational qualifications of parents.

Note : Please bring original certificates for verification.
