My suggestion: Reserve your seat, and appear for FAS. If your child gets through FAS, seek a refund from St Teresa. Even if they don't return a single rupee, you will not lose money as FAS fees are much lower. In the long term, you will pay less and get better grooming for your child. So, don't worry about the short term loss.
