Is there any age relexation for DG category admission..my child would be 5 years on Jan-19 and his admission wants for Kindergarten class( KG)

I get to know of DOE site continue message is flashing.."***online Application is open for Admission in private schools w.e.f 22/12/2018 to 24/22/2018 under children with Disabilities Category***". Could please check and advise.. what is this?
