First born child documentation, SPV form and queues?

Hi,

Sardar Patel V has a criteria for first born child. But they have not given a direction on whether they need a proof and if so what and how (notarised affidavit and if so on some standard language or in their language). I tried mailing in the email they have provided but as expected no one replied. Does anyone has a clue on this?

Secondly, the SPV form has a place to fill the distance criteria through a drop down menu. But they also have a small box on 'from' and 'to', but both are auto filled with school address. I guess that was meant to be to fill the home address to instantly figure out the distance via Google Map. But since both are autofilled and no option to change, I am not sure what to do in that. Any ideas if it's safe to ignore it?

Finally, any idea on how are the queues to submit the forms at (Jr Modern, SPV and Air Force Bal Bharti)?

Hi Vivek

I remember reading in the school's admission details that they just need self attested photocopies and originals for verification. Have not mentioned anything specifically for first born affidavit. But I guess one should carry it for verification.

Also the distance calculator worked fine for us. Just filled the application few days back.

Thanks Aman, sorted. So the box was taking school address by default as I had not filled the address at the top, as I was just checking the form.

The weird part is somehow the Google Map pairing on the site is not perfect. It says some x km on the site and y km on google map when I use separately (and that one is correct as I travel on the route regularly). The form just seems to add a little over a km to my distance and chops off some 5 points from the distance criterion for 100 meters crossover...

Hello everyone , today I submitted two forms , there is no long queue. Easily submitted. They just check online filled form, then give you a RS 25 receipt . On the receipt a registration no allotted to you. After that they return your all the docs and on-line filled form too. After completion you get confirmation on your registered email id . Not to worry reach there 9-12 noon. All the best .
