Thanks brother. On personal notes, I had a terrible experience with BVN during my 11th and 12th as the school teachers barred me from participating in co-curriculars. At that point of time, they focused more on academics rather than co-curriculars. i am not aware about their current stature on the same. They had 50% passing percentage during my time (passing batch 2001) and if I am not mistaken then they are still maintaining the same. Being a father, I dont know how my kid is going to be like in terms of academics and co-curriculars and I dont want her to face the same music like i did. ...

If you can share any real time input regarding my concern then i will be highly obliged

I am not an alumni of this school so dont know much insights of it. But looking from past year trends & word of mouth This school has been a hot choco lava cake.

Regarding Academics/Extra-Curricular: You are right....You dont know much about what your kid would want to be in future...!! But I am sure if (s)he would be more interested in co-curricular....You would be there to support him at that stage... And this is something  ....we are talking about....10-12 year later !!

So, let your kid decide his/her future. Let him/her decide their music at that time...!!

For now ...if you are happy with your school making you a great person....giving you a strong base.... and nourishing you with all basic etiquette ...Then I guess you should go for it..!!

Rest Final Call is yours ..!!

My son didn't get selected this year..what shd I do now... Being general category with Boy child giving pain first time in my life...bullshit rules and point system... we applied more than 23 schools in south delhi but non of schools having space for my son...

first time in my life i feel like....

In our case, out of 24 schools, name is absent from 20 schools, 3 lists are yet to be declared.

Name is present in 1 school and in that too, DOL is to be conducted.

Really feel should have either been born or should have married in non-general category.

Mr. Singh. 

Not to worry!!, I am also one of like you. Please wait till second list and if still our child not selected in these schools. This is school's bad luck which will miss the briliant children who can give their school fame and good rank. 

There are many school which are not populars. However, better then very famous branded school. You may definaely got the admission.
