We can try .They might refund you due amount,if you go and talk personally.

As they (St Mary's) are also flouting the age specific Guidelines.( But no parent complained)

Our founder Mr Sumit Vohra got it done for Mount Carmel (AN) as they were taking 3.5 yrs for Nursery.

After this they are taking 3 yrs on 31 mar in Nursery.

They have freedom to make there own Guidelines but all school in Delhi come under Delhi Govt ( Delhi education act 1973.) If DOE does not take action than i cannot say.

Age and Fee refund policy applicable on all.

Were you in waiting list in DPS RK Puram? Or you got a call for a seat under MQ?

I don't see a 3rd list for general category on its website yet.

i was in waiting list in DPS Rkpuram .

Yesterday DPS Rkpuram called us and told that I vl get a seat , they vl publish 3rd list on 15 march , so i called Santa maria and told them that i want to cancel the admission , but I think I shud wait till 15 march , once i get confirmed seat in DPS rkpuram then i should go ahead with cancellation

thanks sakshi for your prompt reply , vl it create any problem as i have called them regarding cancellation after calling them i realised that i shud first get confimation from DPS Rkpuram .

Untill i submit refund application my admission in santa maria is confirmed ,isn't it.

Hi Neha,

Just a suggestion i would to give regarding withdrawal from Santa Maria. Last year we also withdraw our admission from Santa Maria. We had applied for withdrawal in End March.

When you go to submit the written withdrawal application make sure that you take a photocopy of the application or take a picture of the application. When you go to submit the application see if you can get an acknowledgement slip ( though they wont give) but to whom so ever you submit the application take the name of the person.

I am saying this because last year the guard outside the gate took the application from us and he seems to have lost our application letter and hence i had to make too many phone calls to get our refund done.

We finally got the refund after summer vacations. I kept calling but they keep giving excuses to call later or concern person not in school etc etc.

We finally got refund in July. I know it must be a one off case but just take it as a caution.

We had submitted 20,000 and got 10,000.

Having said that its a good school.
