Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

Admission Dates | Admission Criteria | Compare schools | Fee Details

With almost one month coming to an end, I hope every parent would have tasted this first step of their child's future. Within this one month I believe, every parent must have gone through some wonderful experiences and even few might have faced some issues.

I have seen many parents(including me) who are linked to same school, sharing same concerns and experiences, but due to lack of networking we just keep those struggles to our self. And thus I just want to use this forum to bring every parent together "AGAIN", and contribute with their chunk of feedback/suggestions for first month at school.

I would encourage everyone on this forum to share every sort of experience/grievance they had with their kid's school. Your experiences/grievances can vary in different parameters, for eg

1. Teachers(Experience/Non-Experience/Quality)

2. Sanitation(Washrooms/Drinking Water)

3. Safety(Transport)

4. Management

5. Fees

I am certain, that even a one liner feedback/suggestion from any parent can initiate the chain of same struggle faced/sorted-out by any other parent. And I am confident AN Team will be again on their front foot(As always), in resolving your matters.

PS: Always Remember .... The More... The Merrier ...!! :-)

It’s a newly opened primary school called NEev which is a branch of red roses public school , saket. No I haven’t spoken to teachers as the ptm is scheduled for this Saturday...and I doubt if they would be having maids cos if that was the case the school authorities would have reprimanded us on the orientation day itself.

Richa

But all the parents must talk to management.

@Richa: Honestly I am in in doubt if they dont have maids. I haven't seen any decent school functioning without maids. On the other hand I do think you should try talking to teachers first. Go with the positive attitude. I mean its one of their responsibilities, they will definitely take care of it.

Yes i think so too and I just hope what you are saying comes right.

@Richa: Which school ? Did you try talking to teachers regarding it ? If yes, What was their response ?

Hi All

As per the current situation we are seeing lot of accident/incidents are happening on the road while Private Vans/School Buses carrying our child's to the School.

After boarding the Van/Bus we were not aware that our child reached school or not, currently school authorities don't have any policies to inform parents about the same that our child reached school or not although they can just send one snapshot of attendance sheet on Whatsaap by creating whatsapp group

If any misshaping take place we can take immediate appropriate action and it will be too late if we get to know after 4-5 hours

This is just a extra precaution which parents and school has to take care of our children

Feedback and suggestion welcome

Jatinder

But many schools have issued RFID cards to parents..Parent get text from school for both times.

Talk to your school management.

Thanks Sakshi,

I was not aware about the same.

Will talk to school whether they are planning to issue RFID or not.

If not then I am planning to escalate my concern as per hierarchy

Anytime :)

But don't go alone , take max parents parents.

Better take  your spouse and ask her to get max parents, As Ladies concern for security of kids is taken more seriously  everywhere :

Even if the school vans are not gps enabled, the school encouraged us to take the driver no. so that we can stay in touch with him during the journey our child travels.... I think it’s a step fwd... ur school must be having steps to ensure transport safety . You must talk to the principal about this.

@Jatinder: A very well point raised, but as mentioned by everyone, if your kid has not reached school a message is sent to the registered no. Moreover you should always have the class teacher no, though I dont think they will entertain your daily request, but yes you can whatsapp them your query regarding your child presence

Thanks Pankaj & Richa for your suggestion

Well here I am not talking about my child this apply for all the children specially "Girl Child" who are travelling in Private Van/School Bus from their residence to School.

However I have raised my concern to school in School dairy and tomorrow I have to go to attend First PTM, will discuss the same If i will not get the positive reply in School dairy.
