Advice for admission

My daughter is march 14, 2016 born. Is there any norms that she will not get admission in nursery. As DPS NOIDA is not accepting her as per the age criteria. Pls guide me where I can apply for her. She is now in Play School Footprints sector 51. What is best nusrey or LKG to apply for her?

Age is school specific, many schools have upper age cut off .
