Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

The age eligibility cut-off for Nursery is 3½ years as on 31^st March 2020 (children born between 1^st October 2015 and 30^th September 2016 are age-eligible for application to Nursery).
All valid applications (meeting age criteria & complete in all respects) are considered for admission
The school reserves seats for the EWS/disadvantaged student category as per the guidelines of Govt. of Haryana
The school grants admission based on a point system
Points are assigned to all valid applications based on the following matrix:

All valid applications are invited in batches to deposit documents for verification and take a tour of the school campus. The objective of the tour is to allow prospective parents a glimpse into the infrastructure and facilities, curriculum, learning environment and pedagogy.
Admission is granted to the top scorers as per the seat availability.
In case we have more applications than seats scoring the same points, then all these applicants are invited for a draw of lots.
A waiting list will also be maintained in case of future vacancies.
Admission is granted post verification of documents and payment of fee. In case of any misrepresentation, the admission will be cancelled.
The timeline for the admission process is listed below:

	Applications will be open for all categories including General, Transfer, Sibling, Staff and Special Education
	Last date for Nursery applications is 9^th September 2019
14^th September	Campus Tour for Nursery admissions
	Nursery admissions, document verification and fee payment will be closed on 14^th September 2019

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR KG-IX ADMISSION 2020-21

Application for admission from KG to Grade IX will be open basis seat availability from 7^th September onwards. Please apply online
Seats are subject to vacancy and due process
In case there is no vacancy, the application may not be processed
This application fee amount is non-refundable

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED:

Self-attested copies of the documents to be submitted are mentioned below.
Please remember to carry the required documents in original along with self-attested copies of each document on the day of admission for verification.

Birth Certificate with Date of Birth, Child and Parent’s Name
Child’s Aadhaar Card (Optional)
Child’s active Passport (Optional)
Residence Proof of either parent (Any 2 documents from the list given below)
- Utility Bill (Water/ Electricity/ Phone etc.)
- Sale deed/ lease deed / rent agreement / possession letter
- Bank statement or Passbook
- Passport / Aadhaar card / Driving License
Transfer Certificate (for all grades except Nursery) can be submitted before joining School
Report card for previous grade (showing promotion to the class for which admission is sought) can be submitted before joining the school.
Proof of Alumnus of The Heritage School (Any Branch) any one document from the list given below
- Migration Certificate of class 10^th/12^th
- Transfer certificate
- Marksheet of class 10^th/12^th
Legal Documents in case of separation / divorce / adoption / single parent

Note: All submitted documents must have the same name of the Child / Father / Mother and Date of Birth. Any mismatch between the documents needs to be authorized by First Class Magistrate through an affidavit or Govt. Gazette.
