Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

Admission Dates | Admission Criteria | Compare schools | Fee Details

I am writing my observations regarding the nursery admissions. Like everyone else here, I am also trying to get my child admitted to a good school in nursery. I have been running around collecting forms from various schools. Getting feedback regarding the schools is also an important gathering exercise everyone is focusing on.
I have been browsing through the web sites of many schools. All of them look impressive in academic / non academic areas. Eventually every child will get admitted to a decent school. Every student will realize his/her potential irrespective of what school he/she goes to. I have seen extraordinary students from so-called average schoos. I have also seen bad kids from some of the so-called top notch schools.
The onus is on the parents to give good values to their children. Schools help shape them and give opportunities to get the most out of every student.
Teachers are the most important factor. However, parents tend to concentrate more on A/C, impressive buildings and other such things. It is a fact that most expensive schools actually dont pay their teachers well. Most of their expenses are on the things that should be secondary. How can you expect a good hard working teacher when you dont pay them well.
If you look at the curriculum, most schools follow similar trends. Every school now has smart class rooms and follows CCE. For nursery, there are plenty of activities in each school. There are well equipped labs in every school.
For higher classes, every student has to go for extra tuitions.
So, all schools are good and parents should stop worrying about finding the best. Any school where children are safe, offers hygenic surroundings, follows CBSE syllabus with CCE, has decent teachers should be a good school.
I hope this helps relieve some pressure from worried parents minds. Let us pray for the best for our children.
all the best.
