Why is the draw and admission doesn't start at the same time for EWS&DG category.. they have 25% seat reserved anyway so it's not like no of seats will be revealed only after general category admission is almost over?
EWS/DG applying in general category and then again applying in the quota is i feel against the spirit of the rules. Those who have already secured admission under general category should be automatically debarred from applying with quota. If they can afford education with normal fees, let the real needy ones get advantage of the quota.
Even in competitive exams you either apply with quota or without quota.. you don't get 2 bites at the same cherry.

Very true! Despite the best efforts taken by Mr.Vohra regarding the concern of parents DOE lies dormant this year. The government has lost its transparency which it promised during the last elections. Doubt if has proper head for the department to oversee the grievances. It's the peak period for admission and DOE should awake from its deep hibernation mode.
