24.01.2020 to 31.01.2020 between 09:00 am to 12:00 noon.

(any one) Passport/ House Tax Receipt in any one parents name
Adhaar Card - Aadhar Card (both Parents & Child)
Sibling Proof - Photocopy of latest fee receipt & Photocopy of I-Card
Alumini Proof - Passing Certificate (X / XII) Photocopy
Caste Certificate - OBC, SC, ST ( if any)
Immunization Proof - Photocopy of vaccination card
Recent Photograph - Child (Four Photographs) Mother & Father (2-2 each) Passport size only
Date of Adm. - 25th Jan to 10th Feb. 2020 (only on working days)
Time of Adm. - 8:30 am. To 11:00 am.
1. Bring Original documents for verification.
4. Both parents should come along with the ward at the time of Admission.
2. There will be no changes in spelling of name of Child & Parents & Date of Birth once admission is done.
3. Submit only photocopy of all the documents not original except Domicile Certificat

List of documents required

1. Original Municipal Birth Certificate & immunization schedule (Vaccination
card) of the child.
2. Original Proof of Present Residence (in any of the parent’s name).
ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in the
Ration card.
• Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
• Voter I card of any of the parents.
• Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill.
• Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of the Mother/Father/Child issued by
Govt. of India.
• Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
3. Latest passport size coloured individual photographs on white background
of the Mother, Father and the child.
4. Kindly bring photocopies of all the above-mentioned documents
attested by the parent.
5. Medical Fitness Certificate & Declaration cum undertaking in original only.
(Format can be downloaded from the school website

6. First Born Affidavit (Format can be downloaded from the school
website bbpsgr.balbharati.org), if applicable.
7. Original copy of Xth and XIIth certificates from BBPS GR/PR Campus or
Class Xth certificate with proof of minimum 5 years stay in school (BBPS
GR/PR Campus), if applicable.
8. Latest (original) fee receipt of the elder child, if applicable.
