A. Dates & Time for Admission Formalities
25th , 27th & 28th January 2020 – 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM
B. Parents to carry:
1. Original & copy of following Documents for Verification:
a. Date of Birth Certificate of the Child issued by any Competent Authorities
b. Proof of Residence (any one)
i. Ration Card {Issued in the name of Parent (Mother/Father) having name
of child}
ii. Voter I-Card
iii. Passport
iv. Aadhaar Card
v. Electricity/Water/Phone bill (In the name of any of Parent or Child)
vi. Rent Agreement (Registered)
c. Proof of Sibling (if applicable)
Identity Card / Latest Fee Bill of the sibling issued by the school office for
2019-20
d. Proof of Alumni (if applicable)
Copy of passing certificate of class XII issued by CBSE.
e. Affidavit regarding status of the child
2. Two Passport size photographs of the child
3. Passport size photographs of Father and Mother.
4. Certificate of Medical Fitness from a registered medical practitioner
5. Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as part payment towards fee
to be deposited at School Office after verification of documents.
6. Payment to be made by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of “Bloom Public
School”. Online facility also available.
Kindly Note: In case you fail to take admission by 28th January 2020, no claim for
admission will be considered

Timings: 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
1. Bring Original Documents for Verification.
2. Original Birth Certificate to be kept by school.
3. Two Recent Passport Size Photographs.
4. An A/c payee Cheque for Rs. 12750/- favouring “The Lawrence Public School”
(Cheque include Three Months Tuition Fees, Annual Charges etc.)
Note:
 The selected child must accompany his-her parents at
the time of admission.
 Last date for admission for selected candidates is
04-02-2020 (12 noon). No claim shall be entertained
and vacant seats shall be passed on to waitlisted
candidates beyond 04-02-2020.

Self Attested Documents Need To Be Submitted:
 Online Registration Form.
2. Xerox copy of Child’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
 04 Passport size Photographs of the child, 02 Passport size photograph of Mother
& Father both and 01 Family Postcard size photograph.
 Proof of Residence in the name of any of the parents (Voter Id, Driving License,
Aadhar Card, Passport, Electricity/Water Bill). No rent agreement will be
considered.
 Medical fitness certificate of the child with Blood Group.
 Caste Certificate (if applicable).
 Child’s Aadhar Card Copy.
Note:- Kindly carry all the documents with original also for
verification purpose.

To be noted by waiting list applicants

The candidates of above mentioned list will be entertained
only from 04 Feb’20 to 8 Feb'20, if case of vacant seat only.
