Ma'm - Depends what's your distance preference (and I consider it is not much of a concern having schools from Dwarka being listed out as well), I would recommend St. Peter Convent, Vikaspuri among the mentioned schools.

Ma'm - It is good school as well. Its contribution towards society is massive and more of their extra-curricular activities are very much oriented towards social well-being of underprivileged per say. So, in general, apart of academics, it inculcates social values, though not much inclined towards other competitive activities. So, the only drawback I see in it is that they don't provide cross exposure to their pupils, but largely drive through their spiritual mindset and social causes to contribute in society.

Is it worth going for mq seat in ITL dwarka, considering only above options in hand

Honestly, yes would be my response as I personally like ITL :-) having Shooting too as one of their sports. Mind you, our Indian maidens (girls) are making big marks in precision sports. But, yes besides my liking, this school worth over the above mentioned schools.
