The First List is out!

Please download the First List of selected students.

The first list of selected students is being displayed.

• Fee submission and document verification will be done w.e.f. Monday, 27/01/2020 to Tuesday, 04/02/2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon according to the schedule displayed.

• Status of vacant seats and Second list with further instructions will be posted on the school website and notice board on Wednesday, 12/02/2020 by 5:00 p.m.

• Parents are requested to kindly adhere to the schedule for the admission process. In case of non-reporting parents (without any official information), the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.

The NOTIFICATION DOCUMENT contains all the important details you will need if your child's name is in the list. Please download that and read and fill the relevant forms carefully.

First List (General Category)-PROVISIONAL
❖ Parents of following candidates are requested to br ing
originals of documents listed below for verification from 25th
January, 2020 to 28th January,2020 from 9.00a.m to 10.30 a.m :
a. Date of birth certificate of the child
b. Residence proof
c. Proof of Alumni, wherever applicable
d. Sibling proof – last fee payment receipt
e. Staff Identity Card copy, in case of Staff ward
❖ On satisfactory verification of the documents, the candidate
will stand selected. In case of selection :
a. Parents of selected candidates are requested to collect
admission forms from the School Reception from 25
th
January, 2020 to 28
th January, 2020 from 9:00 a.m to
10:30 am.
b. Kindly submit a self-attested copy of the following
documents. Also please submit a soft copy on a CD/
pendrive in a jpg/pdf format along with the admission form /
undertaking and fees:
a. Date of Birth certificate.
b. Blood group and vaccination certificate.
c. Residence proof.
d. 4 passportsize photographs of the child.
e. 1 photograph each of the parents.
f. Aadhaar Card of the parents and the child.
c. The parents must complete the admission formalities along
with payment of provisional fee by 28th January, 2020 by 1:00
pm. Non completion of Admission formalities as above by the
last date (28th January, 2020) will result in offering the seat to
next candidate.
❖ Whose documents are questionable, may submit a written
request letter with supporting documents clearly indicating
as to how their claim is justified. In such cases final decision
of the school authorities shall be communicated by the next
working day through e-mail.
❖ Candidates on waiting list may check their status from the
School Reception on 29
th January, 2020.
