List of selected candidates (General Category) for Nursery Admission
2020-21 is put up on the school notice board and on the school website.
Total Seats (under General Category) - 110
List of selected candidates:
Securing100 points (Sibling, Alumni & Distance) - 03
Securing 80 points (Alumni& Distance) - 14
Securing 70 points (Sibling & Distance) - 47
Securing 50 points (Draw of lots) - 46
Total selected candidates - 110
Parents are requested to deposit the fee along with relevant documents by
31st January 2020 by 1.00 p.m. positively, failing which the applicant shall
lose his/her right to admission.
Parents will be required to submit a hard-copy of the online registration
form along withself attested copy of required documents. They should also
bring the original documents for verification. The admission will be
confirmed only if the authenticity of the documents is proved after
verification.
Fee (Rs.29,450/-) will be accepted by Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s
cheque only in favour of “GyanBharati School”. For further details, the
Accounts Department of the school may be contacted.
School is not liable to provide transport facility to the children joining the
school. The existing bus services subject to availability of seats, can be
availed by parents.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission along with the
hard copy of the online Registration form:
1. Birth Certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents, issued by
the Municipal Corporation.(In original)
2. Medical certificate of good health of the child from a registered doctor (In
original)
3. One passport size photograph of the child.
4. Self attested copy of proof of residential address (any one of the
following):
a) Ration card issued in the name of parents(father/mother) includingthe
name of child
b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
c) Latest Voter ID of any of the parents.
d) Aadhaar card issued in the name of any of the parents or the child.
e) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of
any of the parents.
Please note: School will also verify the residential address through
home visits
5. In case of Alumni (Father/Mother having passed class 12th from
GyanBharati School): Self attested copy of Class XII CBSE Certificate.
6. In case of Sibling applicants (Only if one sibling- real brother or sister is
studying in GyanBharati School): Admission No. and latest fee bill
issued by the school. (Self attested copy).
7. In case of Social Category being SC/ST/OBC relevant certificate should
be provided
Please note: In case of Incomplete form, Incorrect/False information,
Incomplete/ False documents, the appliciation is liable to be rejected
and admission will stand cancelled even if selected as per points or
draw of lots.
