Sumit Sir, very correctly hit hammer on the nail, it is the software company that was given contract that has not rectified the software and it is sheer negligence on Govt. part that have taken the designated company assurance without testing (or asking for the software testing result report) the defects in their application.

It is not a big deal to be resolve the software with nightly deployment of the require fix (as it will be their implemented reference data under constituency and their sub-constituencies mapping, more likely, which can be fix by simple data patch).

Responsible people think general public is fool that we cannot recognize what their software package contains. Had it used google to locate then how come it is the case that google map handler show different results when used standalone and when in their application. Silly justification, and Sumit Sir is very right in demanding the inquiry and action to right away banish the contract of such companies, who take privilege to toss away year after year causing trouble to numerous applicants.

DOE does not even bother to know whether the software has been tested and validated before being used. 

How come a software company who does not follow the basic SOP of testing their system and software application has been awarded the contract. Sumit Sir is very right in demanding for an enquiry. The important time of people applying is being wasted just because of these stupid mistakes.
