Fee Refund Regulations 2020 / Fee Refund from Santa Maria VK

Hi,

Can anyone clarify what are the latest DOE guidelines for fee refund on admission withdrawal.

We submitted an application for fee refund at Santa Maria VK today but have been asked to wait till their management takes a call on the refunds in March!!! No heed to the DOE policy of refund within 15 days? Anyone know what can be done? Are they obligated to return fees in 15 days? How much can they deduct?

I saw some posts from last year, where people were refunded 10,000 from the original deposit.

But Minority schools have been given Autonomy by Hon' HC in 2014 to frame their own guidelines.

So they can do not come under DOE now.

Most of Minority schools are misusing their Autonomy and it depends on school's discretion.

What is the Fee Structure.
