Interaction call post draw

Hi, is it required to take the child along for interaction call from schools post draw?
Is it normally interaction with child or the parensy?
Sorry we are new to this so asking...

better to take the child. In many schools, they will take the student to the other room and interact with  the student. 

happens more in convent schools.

Thanks we did take her but they asked only from us, not from the child :)
