This is too early to even think of reopening the schools. We are still in the middle of pandemic.
I will not send my kid to school until this crisis is over or some vaccine is available.
I am also in the opinion of not opening the schools for at least one year or till we get the vaccine.
I will suggest government to postpone the admission for nursery class for the session 21-22. As I don't imagine my kid going to school in this pandemic condition.
Hi....even I am not in the favour of opening of schools physically, till a vaccine is available.
Schools should not be opened this academic year. Maybe this year can be considered like a Zero year, just like we have zero period in school. Online classes of just 2-3 hrs for primary school should be allowed. It is a never before situation, so the precautions and future actions will also be a first time solutions.

until  there is NIL corona case i will not be sending my kid to school

It's simple ....not require school to reopen until vaccines available
Online classes at low fees should be continued with liberal systems for primary classes and pre nursery. Schools should only open when cases are nil.
A big NO
Till we don’t hv corona vaccines

Not sending till pandemic is over.

Me too.

My feedback, which I have also sent to MHRD email ids given in the order.
i) Schools should open only when some treatment/medicine and/or vaccine for COVID-19 is available for the general public. Asking for a specific date/month for school reopening is not a good idea.
The other thing is that whenever schools open, it should be in a phased manner, meaning first open for 11-12th classes only, then for 9-10th class, then for 6-8th class, then for 1-5 and at last it should open for NUR-KG.
ii)  Once schools are re-open, there should be full adherence to social distancing norms, compulsory wearing of masks for each and every staff, teacher and student. Shiftwise classes meaning out of 40 students only 10-15 should attend the class at a time others can
join online.
iii)
a) Till the time schools are physically closed, screen time should be less in online classes.
b) Tuition fee should be half of what is normally paid/being paid.
c) Development, annual and other charges should not be charged
d) For above mentioned points a), b) and c) there should be a clear cut order from MHRD/State education boards
Regards,

Classes Pre-School to Kg - No need offline or online. If required 30 mins online class limiting screen time. They have full life ahead. Give HW assignments.

Class 1st to IVth - Continue online classes. kids this age can not mantain social distancing and they touch everything. 45 mins two classes online.

Classes V - XII - When cases are in control, make batch of 10 students per class and conduct classes in play grounds with 2 meter distancing. Batches to come on given time slots once or twice a week. No other activities. 2 hrs continuous class and back home. Water to be brought from home. No sharing allowed. No food allowed. Students to remain on seat. Masks compulsory for students and teachers and no interaction of support staff with students.

In case of buses, 1 row empty between each child and masks compulsory in buses with a warning if anyone removes mask for anything except water to be barred from bus travel.
