The virtual tours were done on 9th and 14th Aug.

Has anyone applied to Heritage International Xperiential School PYP ? and what is the age criteria?

Their (HIXS) draws have been done and document verification has been done. CBSE ones have paid the fees and IB ones perhaps have one day left for fee payment.

Right. But was the age criteria different for PYP or same as CBSE which was  three and a half on 31.07.2021?

three and a half as on 31.07.2021 is for IB and for CBSE it is three and a half as on 31.03.2021. Link below https://www.heritagexperiential.org/admissions/international/

Shiv Nadar school has started sending email from 11.30 a.m. to those who are shortlisted and also regret emails to those who are not. For the information of all parents keen for SN.

Thanks for helping parents again :)

We just received a notification from Shiv Nadar School confirming shortlisting of our application. Other parents should be receiving it soon as well.

Same here.

The interactions would take place over a period of 3-4 weeks and the Admissions Team will be sharing the virtual link for the interaction 1-2 days prior to your slotted date.

So we missed the age criteria at heritage IB. They wanted children born between Feb 2017 to Jan 2018.

My child is a little older. Is there anything that we can do now? Thanks in advance. Really appreciate

your time and patience in helping others.

Keerat, congrats for the SN shortlisting. You may write a mail to Heritage school and try talking to them for the session which is already going on. They have alredy offered admission through the draw of lots to about 106 kids, in the general category, for 2021-22 session. Add to that the sibling, staff etc. I have my doubt if you would stand a chance in that even by talking, but no harm trying that too.

For any IB school, I would suggest speak to the Admissions team and you stand a good chance. There are cash cows for the school and the demand is not as high in NCR as it is in other metros. So they generally struggle to fill the seats to full capacity and will have dropouts due to affordability etc. Stay in touch with them and you should get it eventually.
