PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION – VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
Following documents should be submitted at the time of Admission for
Open (General) Category:-
1. Passport size photographs: Child(4 photos), Mother(1 photo), Father(1 photo)
2. Date of Birth Certificate: Self Attested photocopy of Certificate issued by Competent Authorities
3. Residence Proof: (Self attested Photocopy of any one of the following)
(a) Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
(b) Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
(c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
(d) Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
(e) Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of Child and both Mother and Father (Mandatory).
4. Sibling status: Self Attested photocopy of latest fee receipt of the sibling studying in N. K. Bagrodia Public
School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi.
5. Staff Ward: Self Attested photocopy of I-Card of the Staff.
6. Health Certificate of the candidate from a Registered Medical Practitioner
Note: Original Documents must be brought along for verification at the time of
admission

LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL (L.K.G.) (GENERAL CATEGORY - OPEN SEATS) AFTER
DRAW OF LOTS HELD ON TUESDAY, 16 MARCH, 2021 AT 10:30 A.M.
Congratulations
Parents of successful candidates are advised to visit Admn. Office along with the following documents from 20.03.2021 to 23.03.2021
between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on all working days to complete the admission formalities.
(i) Original MCD Birth Certificate of the child.
(ii) Three passport size photographs of the child. (Must be in white background)
(iii) Three passport size photographs each of both the parents. (Must be in white background)
(iv) Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child.
(v) Residence proofs in the name of parents only alongwith its photocopy. (Must be issued by any Government Department)
(vi) Immunization certificate / vaccination card of the child alongwith its photocopy.
Note :
(i) Admission is subject to verification of aforesaid original documents, in case of any discrepancy, the eligibility for
admission will automatically stand cancelled.
(ii) Both the parents must be present to complete the admission formalities.
(iii) Payment of fee by Cheque or Draft only.
(iv) The list is valid upto 23.03.2021 till 12:30 p.m. only. First Waiting List will be operative thereafter.
(v) Session will commence from 05.04.2021- Check website regularly for updates.
