What is the next step after my kids name is shortlisted for admission? I know they will ask to submit fees, but I need to wait for other school forms. Do we need to submit full fees (admission + composite) at one go? And is it refunded if I withdraw the name?

School specific (Some school ask to deposit only Admission fees and other Admission + first quarter fees).
No uniform fee refund policy in Noida.
You need to contact respective school for fee refund policy.

Should I fill forms for BILLABONG, VBPS, INDUS, CAMBRIDGE, RAMAGYA, GIIS AND GYANSHREE. OR KHAITAN IS GOOD ENOUGH THAN THESE

First you need to decide whether you are looking for Traditional school or New Age School.
You cannot compare them, it's like comparing apples and oranges.
