Till last year they informed by mail / by phone after one week and results were posted on school website.

They might inform earlier also.

It was a very short interaction of 10 minutes.

After starting the teacher waved at her and asked my daughter to wave back, asked her, her favourite fruit and the colour of it, asked her to recite a rhyme etc. 

From us they asked about our introduction and there were questions related to our introduction only.
