SPV has published the first list of candidates invited for verification.
Draw of lots announced for:
DPS International
Laxman Public School

Manav Bharti DoL for 60 points 1/Feb.
Ambience Public School DoL for 70 Points 1/Feb
List with points of candidates not visible on Ambience Public School website. Can anybody see it ?

@sakshi how does the Draw of lots work in different school. Can you please elaborate

The procedure has to be same in all the schools for Gen Cat as per DOE.
Chits with names of eligible candidates have to be put in box or jar in front of parents.
Any parent can check the chits.
Parents are called to pick up the chits and the name is announced and is written on display board in school premises.
Parents can take picture of names posted on display board.
The candidates are selected as per chronological order.
Schools also keep some candidates in waiting list.
Presence of parent is not mandatory for DOL, but some minority school it mandatory. ( School specific).
As per DOE school has to keep video recording of DOL.
But there are some exceptions, as confirmed by parents in the past.
In some schools, school staff took out chits, also some schools did not post names of selected candidates on display board and were told by school that it would be uploaded on school website.
Best way is to attend max DOL and carry your registration slip for the draw.
Some schools are doing Virtual DOL due to Covid.
