Don't worry. My 2 cents
1) Nursery admission is not end of world.
2) Even if any of the schools (who accepted your offline form) don't consider it - you will still have option of getting your child to do nursery from many of the playschools (Strawberry kids, Motherpride, Brat n Cuties, La Petite etc)
3) You may contact schools around March - to check if they have open seats (lot of schools do have open seats once the initial hustle bustle settles down)
4) Even if you don't get school of your choice, don't worry. Most schools take admissions in KG, Class-1 and other pre-primary classes. In fact the number of applications per seat in those classes are far lesser - making it easier to get in.
5) You are likely to get calls for capitation fees/management quota seats. Avoid the temptation to block such seats. The money can be spent much more meaningfully in later stages of education journey. Paying lakhs doesn't make sense for nursery seats.
Basava & Indian Heights should be the first choices from the mentioned list.
