I have submitted Rs. 30,000/- fee (quarterly fee include) at the time of nursery admission. Due to some reason i want to cancel my admission and refund my money.  When i go to school regarding this they said to me that they only return Rs. 6000/-. 3months tution fee and registration fee cant be refund. 

I am not aware about DOE circular in this regard. Anyone can help me please.
