Born on 7.4.2021 can my son not get admission this year

My son is 7.4.2021 born I have read somewhere that there is relaxation of 15 days can I apply for his admission plz help my daughter already in Dps Vasant Vihar can on sibling ground he get admission in Dps

You need to give manual  application to head of school seeking age relaxation  and if they wish they can give  age relaxation of 30 days.

But all the forms are online I m not able to fill it as I fill it with the age it says underage

You have to give application manually  to head of school as mentioned above to get age relaxation.
