3. Admission Criteria for Level-1 (Bal Vatika-1)
- Age Criteria:
Minimum 3 years as on 31st March 2026.
Maximum 4 years as on 31st March 2026.NOTE: As per the DOE Circular No.- DE.23(749)/Sch.Br./2025/976 Dated – 24/10/2025, Parents seeking age relaxation (up to 30 days) in maximum or minimum age limit for Level-1 (Bal Vatika-1) can drop an application along with a copy of birth certificate at School’s reception on any working day between 9 am to 1 pm.
- Distribution of points for General category on the following basis:

EWS / DISADVANTAGED GROUP / CWSN CATEGORIES:
Admission process for EWS / Disadvantaged Category /CWSN will be conducted through Department of Education.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- The registration link for Level-1 (Bal Vatika -1) admission 2026-27 will open on the school website with effect from December 04th, 2025 to December 27th, 2025.
- Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form to avoid any error
- Parent will receive a confirmation mail and SMS on the contact details provided.
- Please keep the following documents scanned before you proceed:
- Passport size photograph of the Child
- Date of Birth certificate of the Child
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A payment option to pay registration fee of Rs 25/- will appear after the form is submitted. The Registration fee does not guarantee admission.
- Submit printout of successfully generated registration receipt / form at school gate by December 27th, 2025. No other document needs to be submitted along with the printout.
- Last date for submission of receipt is December 27th, 2025. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by December 27th, 2025.
- Incomplete and incorrect applications will be rejected
- Do not submit registration receipt more than once as it may lead to cancellation of your registration
- Admission will be granted subject to the verification of documents only. First List of provisionally selected candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on school’s website on January 23rd, 2026
- Refund of fee in case of cancellation / withdrawal of admission.
Fee shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education:
- Immediately after depositing the fees: Except Registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
- Within one month after depositing the full fee for the admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month Tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.
- Closure of Admission process: March 19th, 2026

- Birth Certificate of the Child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority
- Aadhar Card of Parents and Child
- One recent color photograph of the child
- One Photo Id of the parent
- Proof of Residential Address (Ration Card, Voter Id card, Passport, Aadhar Card or any latest bill (Electricity, MTNL, or Waterbill)
- Medical fitness Certificate of child issued by a Medical Officer
- In case of Sibling applicants, School I-Card/ Fee Bill of the sibling studying in BGSIPS
- Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni Category.
