@hemant bank statement/ration card is not acceptable and pan card does not have address

you need to get some valid doc like electricity bill or voter id card in ur name

@madhumita, i feel if you get admission in Ahlcon int or Ahlcon Public, you should go for them as they are considered best schools in east delhi(somerville vausndhara is also on the top east delhi school list) then will have all the advantages.God forbid if you  cannot Amity Noida is great option as backup

@madhumita,your first priority shud be distance factor for young babies ,in long run you have slight advantage . There is some quota for delhi passouts in DPMT/DCE (i need to crosscheck with Mr Vohra)

@sagar some schools might agree but mtnl should be ok .again its school specific

i will recommend you to get rent agreement registered in court as you can always get transfer points also and your case will look more authentic

@Sandeepan, Passport /voter id card  are most commonly accepted proof , parents who don't have any other proof or have recently shifted  give rent agreement/mtnl  bills

Bank  statements / ration cards are not accepted

1 Some schools check immunization card very carefully (all the vaccines put should be duly signed by you doctor on the immunization card)

2 Some schools (very few) ask for medical certificate from your doctor stating that your child is not suffering from infectious disease

1) Original Birth Certificate issued by Muncipal Corporation or Equivalent Authority with Name of the Child printed
2) Proof of residential address ( Photo Id proof/passport/Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity Bill/ MTNL Bill and an court registered lease dead atleast 6 months old).
3)Baptism certificate and a letter from the Priest (for Catholic only)
4) Affidavit in case of Single Parents.
5) Affidavit of first born child
6) In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity Card of sibling studying the school.
7) In case of applicants with special needs- Certificate of disability issued by the competent authority.
8) Affairdavit for inter community/intercast marriage (some schools give points for this)
9)For transfer cases - Proof of Transfer to Delhi.-Certificate/ Transfer Order and joining report stating date of transfer and joining .
10)Passport Size Photographs of the Child as well as the parents.
11) Immunization Chart of the Child.;medical ceritificate
12) Alumni Cases - Proof of Alumni

@sonia ,you can get affidavit made by any notary in 10 min and some are school specific ,so wait for forms to come but  keep all  other doc ready ( some schools like vasant valley might ask  for name of the school printed and for others a common but original might do)

Yes if you are getting points for first child or any other cat   schools wants affidavit

@sonia school just want to see the authenticity of rent agreement as they are aware that lot of parents do manipulations and moreover some schools like springdales for example accepted only passport or voter id card ,  so again its school specific but you must be having mtnl phone installed some school accepts that with normal court agreement (even if its not court registered)

In short its all school specific ,which school accepts what types of proof

@Sonia,all rent agreement should be at least 6months old (court registered makes it fool proof )else school can reject it

all  affidavits have to be ORIGINAL (NO ZEROX)
