Pusa road has 102 seats and only 60 seats are OCCUPIED UNDER THESE CATEGORY WHAT ABOUT REMAINING 42 SEATS

Kriti Nagar has 68 seats and only 59 seatsare OCCUPIED UNDER THESE CATEGORY WHAT ABOUT REMAINING 9 SEATS

VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS OF THE APPLICANTS SELECTED THORUGH DRAW OF
LOTS HELD ON 06 MARCH 2014 UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY FOR
APPLICANTS WITH 70 POINTS

The list of 85 provisionally selected applicants under General Category was released for admission
on 05 April 2014, 06 seats out of this list remain vacant against applicants who did not avail the
admission.

Draw of lots for General Category applicants with 70 points for 44 seats was held on Thursday, 06
March 2014. The process was kept on hold as per instructions of Hon’ble High Court and the
Directorate of Education.

Subsequently, a total of 50 (6 + 44) seats are available for admission to Pre-school under general
category.

02 applicants are being considered for admission under Interstate Transfer category as
directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and orders of DoE F/DE/15/1031/Act/2014/23502 -
23514 dated 08/05/2014.


For the remaining seats, the following 44 applicants listed below (as per the result of draw of lots
held on 06 March 2014) have to visit the school on Saturday, 10 May 2014 as per the schedule
given below for verification of documents:

o Birth Certificate issued by MCD or any other Competent Authority.
o Any two Proofs of residential address (Lease Deed/ latest paid Electricity/ MTNL Bill/
Electoral Card/ Driving License).
o In case of rented accommodation, additional documents i.e. valid Rent Agreement,
Affidavit on stamp paper as a self-declaration and letter from the President / Secretary of
the RWA/ Managing committee confirming physical stay in the given address are to be
submitted. School reserves the right to verify the residential address through home
visits

 Process of verification of documents will take place only on Saturday 10 May 2014. As per
the schedule given above. Not reporting for verification of documents on 10 May 2014 will
be considered as unwillingness and the seat will be offer next applicant from the waiting
list.

 No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of
verification.
