Amit, you are right and I understand their concern about this. Actually their bus service is in limited areas only and parents opt for private bus operators. And I have personally seen on the kids orientation that parents have made blunders while leaving their kids which could have resulted in kids going to wrong hands. So to ensure kids safety I think they are enforcing their admission process to include kids who are enroute in their bus routes,however they admit a large number of kids from east delhi where they do not have bus routes. So we never know. 

PS :- This is my personal opinion and does not have anything with school management.

Thanks for sharing Amit..just one more thing..how much did you wait for your turn to come for interaction? Ours is on 12th Sept 2.30...little worried as my daughter sleeps by 2.

Chances are in between 2:1 or 3:1 i.e. 1 candidate will be selected among every 3 candidates

Last year.. APJ was calling Parents whoes kids took the second round even in the month of Jan/Feb.... since their seats were not filled.... Wait till Amity and DPS forms are out.. Many parents change decisions.. and hence seats become empty... I know a kid getting to into DPS after Summer Vacation.... (may be that was some source - I am not sure).... But with so many schools coming up in Noida.. with good reputation... you will have many options in hand...

For second round it's not one final list it's kind of rolling calls and they start in 2-3 after the interaction.

APJ has around 250 seats and last year in first interaction they selected around 750 kids in first interaction. Kush is right they do ask if your address is on bus route and with private operators running it's a valid concern. Rest one teacher ask questions to your child and it's quite easy. 

If your interaction is on 12th, and if you are selected finally you should get a call by 15th and you could be asked to deposit the fees by 17/18th.

I know it's little early to ask but can someone pls tell me till when apeejay will declare the final result..Our interaction is on 12th sept.
