Indraprastha not displaying any waiting list

I called indraprastha today as my daughter's name was in 3rd in the waiting list but to my surprise they said all the students have taken admission so their is no waiting list.. is that possible?

They have notorious reputation as quite sought after they are taking donations openly.

They were never transparent in their admission process.
