I want to know the age criteria for nursery 2019-2020 for dps sec 30 and apeejay

Between 3 years to 4 years as on April 01, 2019.(Children born between 1st April 2015 and 31st Mar 2016 (both days inclusive)

Min 3yrs+ on 31 March 2019.

My son is born on 30th March 2016 but DPS online portal is not allowing me to apply stating that he is not eligible

No upper limit in APJ? As my daughter will be 4 years and 5 months and 22 days on 31st march 2019, so is she eligible for nursery for 2019-2020?
