which one is better Birla vidya niketan or bluebells

Please advice which school will be a better option for my daughter amongst birla vidya niketan and bluebells.

Bvn has more focus on studies.. while bluebells has more focus on co-curriculur. . If i had been in your position.. would have gone for bvn. Since it has an overall better reputation

Hi Wishy, Talk to parents of both schools if confused and see all the factors. You will get the answer your self.

Distance is imp.

But I would have gone for Bluebells.

I think BVN should be the choice, Blue Bells, no doubt is good based on other parents opinion, but the "holistic" development most of the people talking here also tell that school will do lot of activities, that will cost parent money. It comes under the category of "Khau" schools, which demand money on now and then occasions. (Again, people opinion, not my thoughts) 

BVN has somewhat a clean image, if results are the criteria school average marks last year was 87.89%! (228 Candidates) in 12th last year, (Kids have gone mad these days) 

Everyone favorite  Mother International Average was 89.3 (171 candidates)  and Sardar Patel was 89.0% (153 Candidates)

Though there was a slight difference in Average Performance of Kids, but BVN had 33% more kids than Mother's and 

50% more kids than Sardar Patel appearing in 12th.

Which tell that the focus of BVN teacher's on class was more evenly spread and more outreaching. 

Where Bluebell have not published average percentage but Candidates were Just 101 and Average seems to be much less, (I have not done the calculation here) also Just 101 Students, DOES Bluebell make students leave school who do not perform in lower class, so it can maintain it results OR It always has such low number of students in higher classes?

There is always an angel of circumstances, that year batch, how teacher treat students and overall goodwill of the school, but based on the data points, I think BVN is one of the top schools of Delhi and they Do not sell their Management Quota Seats, but choose on their own criteria, which suggests that there is no corruption in management.

First post of topic by parent who started this discussion,It has been edited as any member who had commented in above thread can vouch each and every minute details regarding last year 12th board results was shared by parent who started the  discussion.Might have edited it as they might have taken admission in bluebells as i got 2-3 mails inbox from same parent.

thanks alot for ur valuable suggestion. My elder one studies in bluebells as he was not through bvn so i had no choice so no confusion. but i have a choice for my daughter so was trying to get an opinion abt bvn vs bluebells

 Heartiest Congratulations and yes, the results were posted in main subject of discussion and were Moderated ( Even i saw the thread just now), As very minute difference in 12th board results of both schools.
