Hello Sakshi Ma'm

I had applied for fee refund with summer fields school within one month limit as prescribed by DOE sometime in March 1st week and school had accepted my application as well.But due to corona ,they closed within next 2 weeks and they neither called me back nor gave me any response on may emails.

Pl. advise what should be done next , should i file grievance at DOE website or anywhere else.
