Shouldn't Nursery Fees be adjusted due to corona imapct

South Delhi schools have taken full fees in first qtr like building fund, annual charges, maintenance , tuition etc.. against Delhi govt. Orders on charging only tuition fees.
Busy because it was taken in Feb, shouldn't it be adjusted.

Yes ,many schools are flouting the guidelines as confirmed by many parents.
