Sardar Patel Vidalaya Document verification Process for Session 2021-2022

For all those who have their document verification process for SPV on March 8, 2021 request them to share their first hand experience on this thread.

I am just back from the school so first of all it's not just document verification, there are multiple steps (5 desk setup) and you need to visit each desk and follow the process completely before you can step-out. Steps include, 1) address document verfification, 2) affidavit verification 3) language proficiency test (read, write and speak), 4) final verification and signatures. 1-1.5 hours it took me for all steps, i must say it was a highly systematic process also a bit overwhelming for me atleast (especially language tests).

Some housekeeping stuff, mobiles or extra bags aren't allowed please keep it in your car. Keep your originals and copy handy and be on assigned time only.

Thanks Ubaid. Can you tell me more about what kind of tests are they conducting for Language proficiency? do they only check the documents or make you read/write/speak as well ?

Would language test happen for both the parents if I have mentioned that I have proficiency in 1 language(aparat from HIndi and English) and my husband has proficiency in fourth language ?

Can you share your number as well if it is fine for you as I have some questions?

They will give you a document to read that is the third language in my case it was Urdu, then you have to write couple of sentences on any given topic, then you have to write the same in Hindi and English (other two) and then 30min speaking test in urdu on any random topic

My wife gave reading test for Sanskrit only the fourth language. They are very nice they will give you proper time to think, write and speak. hope that ans your query

Thanks, Ubaid. Yes, it was very helpful. Can you tell me can we speak on any random topic of our choice or they will give you the topic to speak, read and write?
