Hi Sakshi,

BVN requires that we get a Transfer certificate from the previous school which is stamped by DoE. Can you pls guide me on how we can do that because our old school is not giving the TC stamped by DoE? and i have no clue how to go about it.. Your help as always will be greatly appreciated.

 You need to get  T.C first and then go to DD office of  your area and get it signed.
