INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION FORMALITIES
Date & Time for Admission: 25th March 2021 – 26th March 2021
9.00 am to 2.00 pm
PARENTS TO CARRY:
1. Original & copy of following Documents for Verification:
a. Date of Birth Certificate of the Child issued by any Competent Authorities
b. Proof of Residence (any two)
i. Ration Card {Issued in the name of Parent (Mother/Father) having name of child}
ii. Voter I-Card
iii. Valid Passport
iv. Aadhaar Card
v. Latest paid Electricity/Water/MTNL phone bill (In the name of any of Parent or Child)
vi. Rent Agreement (Registered)
c. Proof of Sibling (Current Fee receipt of sibling).
d. Affidavit of First Born / Second Born Child.
2. Two Passport size photographs of the child
3. Passport size photographs of Father and Mother.
4. Certificate of Medical Fitness from a registered medical practitioner
5. Payment of Rs. 6390/- towards Admission Fee, Caution Fee & Tuition Fee (one month).
6. Mode of Payment: (1) Demand Draft in favour of “Bloom Public School” payable at New Delhi
(2) Online Payment
Kindly Note: In case you fail to take admission by 26th March 2021, 2.00 pm, no claim for admission will be considered.
