Greetings, Ma'am!

As per procedure, it's the head/the principal of the school that should approve the candidature that falls under the minimum age relaxation.

Now, once you get the approval from respective school, your candidature will be listed in draw of lots under General category post you filled those schools registration form.

Just in case you are targeting for Management Seat, you anyhow have to approach to the Admission and Administration of the school.
