Hi Rachna,
Our interaction got over today. Was allotted the time at 9:00 am, got the entry at 8:30. and its on first come first serve basis so advise you to reach seminar hall 30 min before your scheduled interaction time.
Were asked to fill a form containing normal essay type questions like why amity, wht do u want in an school, etc. not much of a rocket science.
Simultaneously they will check the original documents birth certificate and address proof.then you will be asked to proceed to interaction room.
Inside interaction room, there is space for 2 set of parents to be interacted by 3 teachers each. also there is a table each for child taken care by another teacher. so in total 8 teachers taking interview of 2 set of parents ( 4 teacher per child + parent).
Questions will be asked from the parents 1) introduce urself and about ur work profile, 2) who takes care of kid when the mother is also working(we both r wrking). 3) How much time mom devote to teh kid, 4) how much time dad devote with kid 5) how much important the discipline for kids, 6) what are the qualities you want to see in ur kid, 7) how wil you manage in case of transferable job.
from kid they asked colour & animal ( from other kid they asked poem too)
and thats it. its over.
the key is to be relax is reply confidently.
Best of luck for your ward.
Sure. thanks for the wishes...
