Hello Kanika,

Have you decided on MVN or DPS yet, I was planning to go to MVN for refund, I am thinking if we have more parents who can go together, may be we can convince/force them to return.

Hi Puneet

First, get admission in school of your choice.

Basic rule of business is 'no service no money,

If you don't get refund, send a Legal notice to Mvn, I can not see any reason why they won't refund. They don't have any Legal right over the money. Parents have not signed any Legal contract.

Believe me it is pretty easy, you can file a case online in consumer court as well.

I am not a lawyer but Common sense prevails

Dear All

No regulatory body in Harayana like Delhi

First confirm the fee refund policy (school specific)in ncr else you will lose money even if you go to court,as school will say they blocked one seat and they did not admit one child.

My son's DOB is 29 OCt 2012 , MVN is asking us to get admitted him in pre-nursery ? Should he get admitted in nursery ? i am confused please suggest

I am not sure why they will do that because my son is 15 Dec 2012 and they have given him nursery...I would suggest try somewhere else for nursery
