Affidavits Format

Hi Sakshi,

Should i arrange the affidavits beforehand as it will help in the admission process or wait after taking the admission form?

Is the format for affidavits fixed for all the schools or is it different ?

Can you provide me the formats for all the affidavits?

Please help!

General affidavits you can go for as given in the below link

http://www.admissionsnursery.com/page/documents-required-1. But few schools ask for name of the school mentioned in it and few schools just ask for a self declaration.
