I personally went there and handed over the application to the Gaurd. He than further delivered to the Principal. -

BTW this is something new & surprising to me to know about "re-consideration application" and school are considering it too.

Many schools do that. Actually schools FAS give fixed date and time to submit fee. If somebody fails to submit fee on that date, they give their seat to "re-consideration" cases.
But, it happens only in those schools who do not take any under the table donations. FAS being one of them.

Very True
As FAS Vaishali is new and might have vacancies but Fas Noida never re considers and might have kept waiting list on merits and might call if vacancy is there .

Some schools are asking to submit admission + quarter fee in cash. Why they are asking for cash ?

Which schools ..are they giving receipt -

DPSG Meerut Road. We still have to deposit the fees so not sure about that.
But for admission form charges, they had given us receipt.
