Dear Sakshi and all the respected moderator,

You people are the one whom we believe authentic and genuine more than the govt, schools and other sources. 

I am posting this as I believe that the message will be passed to all the parents, schools and even to the government . Not sure about the impact or any changes could take place in future also.

I am one of the parent among thousands whose kid did not have the good luck and not able to be a part of any list of schools (I applied in 15 school of East Delhi).  I am not very disappointed as I believe that ,just a list of school can't decide the future of my kid. There will be plenty of options in upcoming days. And in fact I am not very hurry or I don't want to be the part of this corrupted system otherwise I just need to be a bit corrupted and my kid will have an ID card of a school.

Below are some points that I want to highlight where govt should take action and fix the rule. And does not allow schools to apply their point criteria.

1) Neighborhood criteria and its point should be fixed for all the schools. Some of schools having 0-10km ,0-6 Km,0-3Km or 0-1Km. The preference should be always to the nearest kids from the school. 

Example: AVB Public School/ Mayur Public School/ St. Andrew Public School / Vivekanand/ National Victor Patparganj, IP Extension, All are max 1km around my residence but most of them having 0-10km or 0-6km criteria. By this way I was having the points like 40 and other person who stay 8-9km far from school had the same 40 point.

2) Sibling is still ok but why staff kota(This is the one where money play very well) .

Example: I have been asked for 60k as development fees and one seat will be reserved for me through more points.  

3) Always good to promote the girls but it should not like you stop boys to begin his study. Girl child can have a lesser fees or other additional facility to promote. There are multiple girls school but not a single boys(Only) school i found.

Example: Mayur public school- Patparganj, having most of the kids are girls in its 1st list.as they have given additional points to girl kids. there would have similar multiple examples. 

4) Why the management seats/Kota (This just start the money game) ?

Example: Victor public school- Patparganj had more then 40 seats reserved for Management Kota.

I just want to point out the part which gives clue to schools management for playing money game. Where ever I went for draw, there was 2000 innocent faces checking for their luck against 25-30 seats. reaming seats were already filled with more points.
