Medical Fitness Certificate

Do we need to submit the original medical certificate to each school, we are applying or xerox copy of the same will suffice the purpose?

no, medical certificates are not required, if school are asking complaint to DOE.

scanned original one and make copies

For registration, copy should be enough; original is not required. Only at the time of admission you may be asked to submit the original (that too school specific).
